AI Training Sprints, for agencies

Your team uses AI
like a faster typewriter.

That's 5% of what's possible. We show them the other 95% in 5 sessions, then we leave. Your team builds Shopify sections, automates client reports, and wires AI into your stack. Without hiring.

03 · How it works

One month. Five sessions. Five artifacts.

Two sessions in week 1, then one per week. Each session runs 1h30: thirty minutes on what your team shipped between sessions, one hour wiring the next artifact in. Tools live on your own Railway account from session one. The month-long cadence is the point. Your team needs reps between sessions to come back with real questions and real receipts.

S01/05 · WK 1

Shock

Live audit of your team's current AI usage. We build one thing they thought was impossible, in front of them, before lunch.

Artifact · demo + audit
S02/05 · WK 1

Build

Pick the workflow that hurts most. Ship an agent for it. End of day: it's running in the team's actual stack, not a sandbox.

Artifact · working agent
S03/05 · WK 2

Wire

Plug the secure MCP set in. Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta, GA4. Scoped credentials, one keychain.

Artifact · MCP keychain
S04/05 · WK 3

Stand up

Skill registry goes live. Internal tools deploy. Knowledge base seeded. Whole team gets credentials and writes their first skill.

Artifact · registry + tools live
S05/05 · WK 4

Handoff

Operating manual + 30-day check-in schedule. Your team owns it. We're out. No retainer, no lock-in.

Artifact · ops manual v.1
04 · The transformation

Stop running between tabs.

Your team juggles 8 tools by hand. Context gets lost. We wire one AI assistant into your stack, it pulls, pushes, and remembers.

YOUR TEAM NOW
YOUR TEAM AFTER WEDGE

What you walk out with on Day 5.

04 · The toolkit · spec sheet

Five artifacts. Hosted, tested, in your team's hands by Friday 17:00. This is the part the AI-consultant category leaves blank. We don't.

01SKILLS

A system where your team writes its own skills.

We seed two or three. The team writes the rest, including the skill that writes new skills.

Every skill ships in one shape, version-stamped, and gets sharper each time it's used.

02LIBRARY

A shared library so anyone on the team can grab a skill.

All your skills live in one place. New hire Tuesday morning, fully equipped Tuesday afternoon.

Update one skill, the whole team gets it on their next sync. No more forwarding Slack messages.

03APPS

Small apps your team builds for itself.

Real apps. Real URLs. Some you can share, others stay behind your team login.

The kind your agency used to charge you for. Now your team ships them itself.

04CONNECTOR

One secure connection between your AI and all your tools.

Your AI can read and write to Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta, and Google Analytics, all from a single secure connection.

We install it. We change the keys. We walk out without one in our pocket.

05KNOWLEDGE

Your team's shared knowledge, in one place.

Brand voice, processes, finance rules, product specs. One source. Your AI reads it. Your team writes to it.

We set it up in Notion or your own database, your call. No more hunting through old Slack threads.

05 · Receipts

Things that actually shipped.

Real numbers, measured 30 days after handoff.

SPRINT 001 CRO AGENCY · INTERNAL
10hrs / week saved · 2 full-time roles, replaced

Front-end dev, virtual assistance, market watch. Gone.

We run AI on almost everything at Jolly Commerce now. The sprint replaced two full-time roles' worth of work: front-end dev, virtual assistance, and competitive market watch on our clients. Built with the team, owned by the team.

SPRINT 002 BRAND STUDIO · PARIS
5hrs / week saved · freelance dev calls, replaced

The team manages Shopify, runs the analysis, ships its own tools.

Cosmetics brand-builder. The operator team walked out of the sprint managing their own Shopify sections, running their own cross-tool analysis on Shopify and GA, and operating an internal gateway shared across every brand they run. No more waiting on freelance devs for routine ops.
